– If your selected timeslot is not available, we aim to book your entrance within one hour of your selected time.
– Please check your voucher for the actual entry time.
– No cancellations or changes can be made once you have booked.
– There are no storage facilities for prams or pushchairs and rucksacks/suitcases over 30L will not be permitted.
– The last entry is 1 hour before closing
– Free guided tours are on a first come first served basis, please ask a member of staff to direct you to the next available tour
